Protection Against Delayed Payments: Under the MSME Development Act, delayed payments to MSMEs by buyers are subject to penalties.

Steps for Udyog Aadhaar Registration

Visit the Udyog Aadhaar website: Access the Udyog Aadhaar registration portal.

Provide Business Information: Enter details such as the name of the enterprise, the Aadhar number of the owner, PAN, location, and contact information.

Classify Business Activities: Select the type of economic activity (manufacturing or service) and enter the NIC Code(s) that represent your business activities.

Upload Documents: Upload the necessary documents like an Aadhar card, business address proof, and other relevant certificates.

Review and Submit: Review the entered information, make corrections if needed, and submit the application.

Acknowledgment: After submission, an acknowledgment number is generated, which can be used for tracking the status of the application.
