To access your RoadRunner (RR) email account, follow these steps:
Open a Web Browser: Launch a web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc. to know more about rr.com email login.
Go to the Spectrum Email Login Page: Visit the Spectrum Email login page by entering the following URL in the address bar
Enter Your RR Email Credentials: Input your RR email address and password in the provided fields on the login page.
Click on “Sign In”: Once you’ve entered your credentials, click on the “Sign In” button to log in to your RR email account.
Access Your Inbox: After successfully logging in, you should be directed to your RR email inbox, where you can check your emails, compose new ones, manage folders, and perform other email-related tasks.
Remember to use the correct RR email address and password associated with your account to log in successfully. If you encounter any login issues, you may need to reset your password or contact Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) customer support for further assistance.
As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, here are the general settings for setting up TWC (Time Warner Cable) email:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):

- Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: Your full TWC email address
- Password: Your TWC email password, To know more about twc email settings.
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
- Server: mail.twc.com
- Port: 587
- Security: STARTTLS or SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Yes, use your TWC email address and password
- Username: Your full TWC email address
- Password: Your TWC email password
